Canon IRC 4580 makes dirty prints and copies with toner particles

Hello everyone, I hope you are fine. This is my first post, so I apologize for my bad English.

My Canon ImageRunner C4580 makes dirty prints and copies with toner particles of different colors around the edges of the paper. The ITB has been cleaned. Also the cleaning blade of the ITB has been changed, but the toner particles keep appearing on the copies and prints. Apparently the particles are added to the paper after going through the ITB, because always are upon the toner user for the print or copy, never under.

I attached two prints, one in black and white and the other is a print of the color gradation test. I will be deeply grateful for your help.

You have cleaned the ITB but what is it's life?

I would start with a good PM, remove all the drums, ITB & transfer roller then vacuum & clean inside the machine not forgetting the laser glass.

Are you using genuine toner & drums?

I would also replace the transfer roller.

Thank you for your answer. The ITB is in good condition. The toner cartridges are new. I will check the others parts in mode SP, please tell me. What parts I should to check first? (My apologies for my English)

Thank you for your answer. The ITB is in good condition. The toner cartridges are new, the drums are originals, but I don't know how to check the drums. Please tell me. What I need to see in the drums? (My apologies for my English).

yes check your periodical changed spares and they life span including as was mentioned earlier a good vacuum as well as your drums but if these spares are new may be elsewhere your problem is coming from, but of course eliminate the obvious replace the transfer belt after a cleanup inside if your drums are still good

Hello fellow, I have carefully examined the drums and I did not see any particle on them, the 4 cylinders have their surface clean. This observation reinforces my idea that the dirt is adhered to the paper after passing through the ITB. Any idea?. Thank you very much for your answer. (My apologies for my English)
