Canon ir2520 e247

Dear all ,
im facing a weird problem , i have an ir2520 copier which is working normally and i have another one which need main control PCB , my technician dessamble the main PCb from the working one to put it on the 2nd machine then the machine give him e247,then he tried to turned back the Board to the working machine again it gave him e247 , as i read the manual it said its a Sram problem what shell i do in this problem then , i lost the 2nd machine i tried to make update for the boot rom and language but same error happen .i cleared the error but same problem ,plz help .
