Post Blured final edge of the objects - on Canon Imagepress C6000

    Hello,
Lately, we have been dealing with a malfunction which has not been fixed by the service and maintenance company to the date.
This consists in the fact that once the print is out, the objects and writing(texts) are more intense on the upper side of the direction of the printed paper(1) and rather pale, blured and not compact on the bottom
of the direction of the printed paper (2).

We changed the magenta drum, the developer and we cleaned the sensors.

We use "resolution" for Printer Halftone setting.

Has anybody dealt with such flaw, is there a solution to fix this?

    thank you!

    Victor

    Hi Victor!

Calibration,auto-gradation and other print quality setting did not solve this issue? Post please PG-10 test print from service mode.
    Machine counter?

it looks like that's left side is brighter then right.Probably is everything OK with drums and developers.Check again quality of each color with PG-12.Have been the lenses of the laser ever cleaned? Something with transfer can be wrong.Check condition of ITB !

    Hello,

brighter side it probably from scanner,
we open all lasers to clean the mirrors small scan lines on print and we resolve this.
this malfunction was before open the lasers (1 or 2 months)
The ITB is new - aprox 100.000 pages. - I tested with an old ITB transfer to check if something is change and the problem continued.
i try all combination from Secondary Transfer Voltage - same result.
we eliminated the possibility that RIP server was the problem, (i scan a white page with a big red text - watermark option from machine engine to reproduce the problem). same result.

    Thank you,

    Hello,

I stopped the printer to check the image on IBT foil.

it seems that magenta is more intense on one side (right side). Any suggestions?

this is a rectangle - 75% magenta. The right edge is ok, the left edge is unclear. i pasted in photoshop a corner from the left side to upper right corner in order to show the edge is not as well contoured.

i need some tips and tricks.

    Thank you,
