    Advance 4035 inner finisher-d1 problem

I am getting a e567-002 error when starting up. I know what the book says to do, but as usual the book has no field experience. Is there a more common remedy other than replacing the sensor ,motor or board? If not what part should be replaced first and if you have a part number it would be greatly appreciated. Many years ago we use to have a problem with a scanner motor trying to go forward and reverse at the same time and it would make the same chattering noise.

It has been found, a defective or displaced MSW2, in the Inner FinisherD1, may cause the above code to be displayed.

The part number for the switch is FM4-2152-000.

    Also__
ck if the CN12 and CN13 are connected to the correct motors.

    CN12 goes to M6
    CN13 to M5
