im still confused with fuser bias?ive read it makes the fuser rollers clean isnt it?by how?is the voltage a dc or an ac?do all type of copy machines have this fuser bias??how many volts does it have?i hope someone could answer me?if you wont mind can you also include the developer bias too! thank you very much!!

Hi, I did the same questions about it, but I fixed the error code E069 on the IR8500, cleaning the contacts, and the fuser bearings.
