    Jam on Saddle Finisher V2

I have a Saddle Finisher V2 (connected to a iR7095) which often jams - like shown below.

I have cleaned sensors and cleaned the rollers.

    Ideas ?

I'm only answering this one, because nobody else is and I don't know this finisher, but the way it is jammed would make me look for a slipping one-way bearing gear on the end of the rollers shafts.
    Just an idea.
Maybe a motor that drives those rollers with a split gear on it?

After 7 millions i believe clean rollers are not enough. If I remember shift roller on V2 have periodic replacement time 1 million. And there are also delivery roller, buffer ,assist ,transport roller.......

I would try to locate the problem by swaping senors(PS3-PS4,UN13-UN14).They are not different i hope.If you get different jam location then you are very close.

Check finisher controller PCB (re-seat connectors)

    Good luck!

From pic i can not know is it delay or stac. jam.

Untitled1.jpgUnder this marked area there is something like ,,sticky sponge,, (because of noise ) remove them and jaming will disapear.
