Recently I installed a brand new IRA C2225 at a customers location at a school. They had an old Ricoh there and I mirrored all of the SMTP server settings and got the SMTP server password. Now here is the problem. The machine will send emails out but only some people receive it. Only two out of the five contacts in the machine receive the emails. I cannot send emails to myself and the IT contact cannot receive emails I send to him either. The Canon does not print out an error log which makes me strongly feel there is something going on in the networking department. I would also like to add they were having some issues with the Ricoh as well and only got it working two weeks before I installed the Canon. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
