ir5055 keeps cycling before feeding paper?

I have a ir5055 that when you copy it will just cycle and say waiting to print for a good 30 seconds to a minute before the paper actually feeds. It doesn't do it all the time and almost seems it is going through some sort of cleaning cycle or warming up. I checked the temps and they are stable.
Is there a service setting that needs to change?

I had one at the place I worked at before this one. Customer would call as it took a while to start printing. Never did figure it out. They sent another tech but I got a call soon after for same problem. I have always wanted to know what fixed it or if it was always going to be that way. Did it since it was delivered. I have seen other ones do it but not as much. Now I don't have many left in the field.
