hello to all ,

once I wrote about this problem and now again I have some updates ,the problem in this machine that the paper was stopped in finisher occasionally I update the machine the latest update and after 1 month I didn't hear my client complain, today and by chance I passed by him and he start nagging that the machine is giving him there's a paper on the finisher must open and close the door and remove the paper to work ,but there's no paper on the finisher just open it and close it and it works normally is there's any solution for this problem see the attach plzIMG_7635 [301373].JPG
