I wasn't able to find the jam code for this. It just shows a picture of where it thinks the jam is on the display with no code that I could find. I only have Intravia's to go on. Hard to catch up with client as they are out a lot, makes follow-ups slow.

Sorry Gar. My database has no pictures. All the records refer to jam codes viewable from service mode. It's been over 10 years since I've seen one of these. Any visual memory is now long gone. =^..^=

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I will look again for the codes next time I catch them in. Intravia's gets me most of the way through many Non-Mita's, but it does hang me out to dry sometimes. It's been almost 20 years ago that I worked at a duel line company with Canon as the second line. Right now we are Mita/Samsung, but will work on almost anything,..small town ( 15 K) and local county = 100K. Happy Thanksgiving!
I followes the test that "Teckat" listed for me all okay there. It cought me off gaurd when the client was in so I forgot to bring the Intravia's guide in to get jam codes,bummer. Paper stops about 1" out of the exit so I guessing an exit sensor/actuator arm problem. Intravia's list I/O operation check but dosen't list what each bit is so no-joy there. anyone have the I/O check list for the adf sensors??

I have no idea what is and what isn't available, but these are the DF rebuild parts I used. They do not come as a kit. You'll have to order each item separately:
