    iR1510 close platen/cover problem

    Hy tech, greetings!

Copy count is 5040 K. Paper has jammed at fusing and costumer tryed to pull it out, little peace stayed inside. When they turned machine on again message was shown " PLATEN/COVER IS OPEN CLOSE PLATEN/COVER".

I don't know did anyone tempered whit machine but they say this is how it happened. Friend whit lot more of exp. on those machines say someone "forgot to plug the connector"

I replaced fusing film and lower roller in fusing unit since both where destroyed. I seek for unplugged connector on the back on the boards and at the power unit but couldn't find any.
i did "clear all" in error at service mode and didn't help

I ask for an suggestion and help for this issue
Machine is at my service shop

THANK U ALL AHEAD FELLOW TECHS !
