My canon ir 3300 is lifting double and triple paper

Sir,

I am using canon 3300 last 6 months, nowadays having problem like my canon lifting paper 2-3 paper at once. when on tray 10-20 paper that has not lifting and jam the paper in paper pickup unit. can anyone tell how to solve this problem. please I need it urgently.

I would suggest you have a service done on the machine and to replace all rollers in the pick-up area

are u a tech ?
if so, u should know how to remove pick-up unit >inspect > clean & or replace all rollers
