Canon MF 8380cdw Overtoning Magenta

Hi Guys,

Have a strange one today. I have a client that has a problem where every colour page is over toned with magenta. The starnge thing is that there is no issue with the printer as if i use a different laptop or pc it works perfectly, but on the original laptop its always over toned with Magenta.

It obviously has something to do with software on the clients laptop,

I have tried everything from reinstalling, uninstalling, cleaning the registry of any mention of the printer then re-installed and i still get the same issue of over toning magenta. (See Pics Below)

Cant figure out why, any help would be much appreciated coz i really dont want to redo the clients laptop.

I've experenced the same. A temp. Solution was to "tone down" the MEGENTA via customer adjustments from the printer input display.
