Exclamation Urgenty Partno. needed for 1740i ImageRunner

    Hi All,

Customer has black spots on printouts in feed direction, every x Inches. Did Fuser-, Drum-, and Transferroller cleaning from menu. No improvement.
Visual inspection of Drum and Fuser where ok.

But when i looked at the roller below the drum (not visable if you don't remove the drum first) i saw spots on the roller, corresponding with the spots on the printout. I'm not familiar with this model, what roller is it ? It has yellow rings/bushings on each side. I assume it's the pri.transferroller ?

Can someone help me with the partno for it, and possible, the procedure to replace it ?

I need to remove wastetonerbottle and drum to see it, but after that ?

It's the cusomers only printer, prints look bad, so a quick resopnse is greatly appricated

I think that's the roller in the right door ?
I meant the roll/cylinder under the drum in the printer, looking at the servicemanual i think it's FM4-6494-000 DEVELOPING UNIT (See page 72)

Looking at the manual was a great help to say the least

Environment is normal airconditioned office. We only deliver OEM parts and supplies

The cylinder has some nasty spots. Cleaned it with a soft cloth, but spots can't be wiped away. We send the customer a quote o
