Canon C1+ developing rotary position problem
Hello everyone. My machine is not working properly. It gives no error...
Problem:
Printing starts normally. 1-st developer moves on place drum get the color than rotator goes to the second position (2-nd developer moves on place drum get the color) - till this moment everything goes properly.. When the rotator moves to third position the rotator stops for a very short time and goes about 2cm further with strange sound. Then the rotator makes two or three normal rotations.
Result :
I have printout without cyan and black color(almost invisible) Probably the developing units have got wrong position against drum .
What have i done:
I have cleaned ps21 sensor, i've checked a rotary motor cogwheel, rotary cogwheel as well ( has every teeth). dc-con reset.
Nothing works...
The weirdest :for example: i left the machine for 1 hour off, after startup i get 2 normal printouts.... and than the same problem... (No rule)
Here you can find the video showing the problem. You can listen to sound also.

Any ideas ?

Re: Canon C1+ developing rotary position problem
Make sure u have the proper constant voltage needed from wall outlet, especially Netural to Ground -/+ 0.0 >0.5v
DC PCB controls all rotary operations, motors involved are -Steeping -

Re: Canon C1+ developing rotary position problem
hola, tuve ese mismo problema hace unos meses y lo que estaba fallando es la tarjeta del motor del valero, eso esta ubicado atraz de la tarjeta principal y al costado del motor paso a paso.
