I have two Imagerunner's, iR ADV C3325i and iR ADV 400i installed in our company. Both have Universal Login Manager installed. Everything is functional, users can "secure" print, scan, copy. Issue I have is with iR ADV 400i. I don't see Hard Disk Capacity (Total or Remaining) in Status Monitor. Attached are picures of status for both IR's. On any other machine I can see that data.
Did anyone have same issue with their Imagerunner Advance ? How did you handle it ?
I also ran "HD-Check" on iR ADV 400i and it found no error's.
I have one more question. Does anyone know what happens if electricity goes out (power outage). I noticed that all print job's sent to machine via secure print were gone. Is that normal or I have a problem ?
