    Imagerunner Advance Hard Disk Capacity

    Hi,

    I have two ImageRunner's installed in our company. Both models iR ADV C3325i and iR ADV 400i have Universal Login Manager (ULM) and are working fine (copy, scan, secure print). Issue is with iR ADV 400i. If I go to iR ADV 400 RUI I don't see Hard Disk in Status Monitor. With iR ADV 3325i I can see Available Hard Disk Capacity (Total or Remaining). Difference between 3325 and 400 can be seen in attachments.
    Does anyone know how to handle this ? I ran HD-Check test on iR 400 and found no errors.
    I also have question what happens with print job's sent via secure print when power outage happens. Is it normal for these job's to be deleted. Recently we had power outage and none of the job's stayed on the machine.
    If anyone knows this please advise.
