Hello,

I have an issue with Canon iRAC2220i.
It has Department ID's turned on and also added on the printer driver to be logged in automatically when printing.
For a while it worked without a problem but for the last few weeks every time the customer tries to print it asks them to enter Departmend ID and PIN.
Sometimes even asks a couple of times to be entered.
I don't think the issue is from the driver because it does that on every computer in the building.
I tried upgrading the firmware, though it might be some kind of software error, but the issue remains.
Can you give me some ideas on what might be the cause?
