My 1. (!) Canon-report:
Brandnew, out-of-box machine, all good until i wanted to make the p-print-list.When turning the paper there´s a loud "crunching" and then jam with little pieces of paperin the 2. paper-delivery-unit. After a short look it was clear that the upper plate of the unit is bend. No chance to repair, so ordering a new unit on warranty. There are no part-numbers for the upper- or the base-plate.
