Old Dimnosaur is having issues Canon ir 6020

Well it ll started out as the Fuser assembly, error cods had 43 incidents of e02. Well after finding out that after 615,000 prints and no written history of what has been replaced or serviced, problem areas were replaced. However, still likes to jam upon exit of the Delivery assembly that swings out to the left of the fusing unit. The rollers that work parallel to the white idler rollers are as hard as a rock and are polished to a nice luster. also have a "cog" indentation like a ripple the circumference of the I found them on Precision Roller, but any one else has a familiar findings of what else needs to be replaced in this area? over time heat has taken the life out of these parts, and since it will be apart to replace those badly worn rollers, what else should be replaced? it is really difficult to describe something if you do not have a parts manual for the Canon ir5000/6000 machines, Therefore I am addressing the Forum of this request.....thank you in advance.....Steve

615k is actually a low count for this model.

What have you replaced so far? Check the pressure roller & bearings the bearings seize up causing jams.
Does it jam every print or on a run?
Does the machine have a finisher?
Let us eat, drink, and be merry, because tomorrow we may die!

I have replaced upper Fixing assembly along with new pressure Roller and new bearings.

The Pressure roller and new Bearings along with new Lower Pick fingers were purchase from Precision Roller. The upper Fixing Assembly was purchased from Fusion Image Technology. I did noticed that the plate that acts as the support for the opposite retainer for the return spring for the lower pick finger assembly was very slightly lifted not flush with the rail that it is fastened to with the screws.

I removed the Finisher and closed the switch to see if it was the Finisher, It had a slight registration to the rear as it tried to pass out.

Also the Outer Delivery Rollers are no longer flexible they are hard as a rock and "shiny rippled. I tried to clean them would pass a few tests then jam again.
