Good day guys,

I have 2 unit iRC3380 when I do PG 10 test 1 unit only the cyan color is totaly blank and the other unit the cyan & magenta color is blank. We have dismantle rear to check all the gear and clutch which is driving the developer unit seems all ok. Any idea guys that you have come across can share with me. Thank you

1st of all thank you guys for giving the advice on this machine problem.

I would like to update you guys that yesterday I try again to trouble shoot these 2 machine where I have change i) drum drive unit whole assembly (which taken from a good running condition machine including the
motor drive unit)
ii) developer drive unit whole assembly (which taken from a good running condition machine including
all 4 clutches and gear mechanism)

The result is still the same problem..........

Have you checked sub-pcb boards....?

I have change the whole main controller P.C.B together with the sub p.c.b. Other than that laser unit assembly and unit 1 assembly which comes together with drum unit and developer. All parts swap from a working condition machine.

I think the only way this is going to be repaired is a big study of the manual and procedure. Sounds like we have helped here all we can.
