canon ir2520 jaming a4

hello ,

im facing problem in ir2520 its jaming only a4 size from castte and also from bypass jam code 0107 as i read the manual it a delay jam s19
i have changed the heater and cleaning everything and still jaming any one face this problem in a4r its not jaming i wonder if its a registration clutch probelm but i have cleaned it also same problem

I think the fixing unit sleeve is not rotating, check your fuser unit.
