on the rear frame make sure the the contact for BLACK is not knocked out of place
EXAMPLE PIC--Rear frame primary transfer roller bias contacts.

thanks for the help sir. i already check the bias of primary transfer and also the primary transfer roller. and they looks in proper position. i also check it with multi tester.

Try stopping the copy process so you can check the image on the drum.
If the image is good on the drum then the problem lies with your ITB.
If light on the drum then try swapping around the black/cyan laser.

the customer use original toner sir teckat. we just recently replaced the drum but still it doesnt solve the problem. i will yry to replaced the laser with cyan laser unit tomorow and i will informe you sir if it solves the problem i was also thinking of the developing unit but idont have same machine to try.
last time it gives error code e020-491 and we fixed it by toner stir in service mode on black color.

I had this same problem in a Color printer. Non canon product. It was dirty contacts on the drum and internal contacts like Tekat pointed out. After those were clean I ran a calibration and the machine was 100 percent.
The code suggests black developer. You may try and replace that. I had one that was blank on black and it was the springs that touch the developer (had removed to clean). You may want to see if they got bent. If you have another machine you could test the black developer in it.
imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5255 / C5250 employs 4 beam and C5240 / 5235 employs 2 beam.

There might be an issue in the toner supply system (Black hopper, develpping drive,...). So, what is the value of Dens-BK (in service mode > Display > Dens-BK) ?
