canon IR 3300i Code e000

unit had a E000 code ,I replace the fuser unit ,the unit came to ready and printed what it had in memory ,left the customer and five minutes later the same code came back , any suggest.

Try check/replace the filament inside the fixing film.
I came across such problem, check, and found the filament is crack

I have ordered a fixing assy and thermistor pcb. It was -4oc in the Uk yesterday so has taken something out!?
