It's obvious this machine is not N or H it could be C.....with Network Print Software pre-load....just add a NIC and it should work.
Thanks

Re: IR2200 printing problem
[QUOTE=mitsubee;85578] It's obvious this machine is not N or H it could be C.....with Network Print Software pre-load....just add a NIC and it should work.
I know this is an old post but I have run into a IR2200 where the only print port is Centronics parallel. So I purchased a TP-Link "Single Parallel Port Fast Ethernet Print Server" convertor that plugs into the parallel port but uses a CAT5 ethernet cable from the PC.
Trouble is the data light blinks but nothing prints. I assume the data is not compatible from the Windows 10 laptop to the Canon.
Customer tells me he used to use it as a printer so it supposedly has the board inside.
Questions:
How to tell if it is a N or a C and what does that mean?
Is there a way to affordably install a NIC and software without having expertise on this model? I am mostly a Ricoh tech.

Question 1 was answered on the first page at the end. Missed it.
