    3380i wrinkling jaming

I have a new account whose machine wrinkles the paper on the first copy. I have cleaned the fuser guide from toner build up. But the went back to deliver toner and customer showed me the wrinkling page again. Looks like fuser roller going soft? any experience? thanks Ray

If its just the first copy in the morning it is mostly likely a sticking sensor arm, usually the pre reg arm that causes this issue, they have a tiny foam pad, this goes sticky over time, simply remove it.

I agree. Something sticking. Those pads suck. Most of my machines like that are gone. Pull on the sensor arm and gently release it. If it is sticky then that is it. Some are easy to remove and some not so easy.
