Re: Ir5075 paper not up in drawer 1
Check the back of the paper deck itself, and see if the plastic block is in one piece or deformed. I've had a few of these cause the same issue.

Re: Ir5075 paper not up in drawer 1
Are Decks recognized on panel_?
Is Paper recognized as being in tray on panel_?
Check the operation of PS5 (Right Deck Open/Closed Sensor), PS7 (Right Deck Paper Sensor), PS9 (Left Deck Open/Closed Sensor), and PS11 (Left Deck Paper Sensor).
If all four of the sensors are working, perform a DC-CON Clear in Service Mode.
Power cycle the machine, after performing the clear.
:-)) * Note: always print out a P PRINT with settings before a CLEAR.

Re: Ir5075 paper not up in drawer 1
The drawer 1 recognizes the panel to A4.
But the machine does not release copy it because the paper does not rise.
What did I do:
I did the dc-con and nothing
I cleaned the sensors and nothing
I switched the elevator motor and nothing
I replaced the drawer 1 (FM2-9787-000) and nothing
I replaced the cassette assembly pick-up (FM2-9656-020), I have sinned a machine that was working and put more did not work.
Occasionally the paper goes up, more in most cases not
Any tips?
