To get things clear ;
1 customer complains about Cyan
2 All drums are replaced with NON OEM Drums
3 Cyan gets ever worse, then looks like magenta and not like Cyan ?
a: Print a PG5 of eacht color and check.
b: Open printer and have a look at all the drums, specialy Cyan and magenta
- Toner spill ?
- Lines in drums ?
Try putting back the old drums if you still have them
c: have a look at the ITB like allready suggested.
Run a piece of paper in the underside of cartridge, in between the drum and developer, run the paper back and forth where the line/lines are, insert drum and see if there is a difference. Good Luck. Lot of times the developer brush gets obstructed causing the light areas/lines.
Just a FYI these New OEM drums can have lines at first on install. I usually just cross fingers and they cure themselves. Not like in the OP picture though, that's a whole diff thing.
