    .

This turns on "pressure roller soiling prevention mode".

paper should stop wrapping around the the fixing unit's pressure roller.

also check the fixing separation guide position

If what is mention above doesn't work, Maybe try a different stock of paper.

If the paper has a huge amount of toner, it should runner a tad bit slower through the fixing. At least that is my logic.

I know from experience that the pressure roller and bearing can cause jams in the fixing.

Also slim orange roller with the bearing can also cause jams.

    Just clean the bearings.

Just putting in my two cents.

    Note:
Copy\Print speed is determined by paper size, paper type , not amt of toner coverage.

I haven't worked on Canon equipment for years, so this might be a bunch of baloney.
However, I would guess that an increase in the edge deletion would help prevent jamming of high coverage prints.
I have been led to believe that is why 12"X18" paper exists.
Sorry if this is a waste of bandwidth.

    On a image Runner
    :-)) Borderless print/full bleed
not possible for copier based model. use 12x18 paper for 11x17 and trim.

    On a Advanced model
    Enlarge Print Area

    Off*, On

This setting specifies whether to enlarge the printable area on the paper.
If [Off] is selected, the area 5 mm from the top, bottom, left and right edges of the paper is not printable.
If [On] is selected, the printable area is enlarged to the top, bottom, left, and right edges of the paper.

    No Borderless Printing*
