Basically e711 means one of my pheripherals is not working good so i have to think about finisher and S2 controller.

    FOUND THE PROBLEM....IT WAS FINISHER!

E500 is finisher communication error which of course is accompanied by the E711. Usually the fuse pcb on the finisher pops and causes this...

'Finisher Cannot Be Used' Message is Displayed on the Control Panel

When the finisher is turned on, the finisher does not cycle and come ready. Trays A and B never move. yes>no ?
What are the state of LED's on Finisher Controller when power on
If the message Finisher Cannot Be Used is displayed or Ready to Copy (Functions Limited) is on the display, enter Additional Functions, select Common Settings, then scroll to and select Limited Functions Mode.

If Finisher Tray A/B is ON change the setting to OFF then press OK. Make sure everything else under Limited Functions Mode is set to OFF, then power the copier and finisher off. Turned the finisher then the copier back on and see if LED 108 on the Finisher Controller comes on and the finisher cycles.

Whenever Finisher Tray A/B is set to ON under Limited Functions Mode, LED 108 on the Finisher Controller pcb will not come on.

Would it still pass a copy through

    Is Staple function Grayed Out

Try a MMI clear and power cycling the machine off>on
