    IR C5180 fuser unit questions

There is a small mark on what I thought was the lower pressure roller. After looking through the book
I see there are two belt units. I told my customer to look for a pressure roller on line and he bought
an entire used fuser unit. Now he wants me to make one good unit from the two.
How much trouble am I looking at? It looks do-able after reading through the book.
Can I just change the lower unit or are the belt tracking adjustments sensitive to each unit?
About how much time does it take?

    Thanks

    I live with this machine!!!
Do not even try to open fuser because you will see all errors related to fuser in this machine.
Canon contracted a company to refurbish fusers and you can buy only the hole unit.
Every 100k i buy a fuser unit in very good conditions.
Tha mechanism that control roller preasure depended on each paper you use is very complex and after some times fuser belts move from its place and this is the moment when you see E007. All is controlled by sensors and its really waste of time to take care of.

    Zoraldinho & Tinnyjay,

Not what I was hoping to hear, but good advice none the less.
I will advise my customer and check the other sources.
What is the name of that company you mentioned that rebuilds
    the fuser units?

    Thanks
