    Clear RCON, power of _on
    Re-Input the RCON Settings

    Ok

    Also try to remove the S-B Sub PCB board on Main controller & reseat it.

    It should be the third board down.

    Just on copies? Firmware is first step. Ram clear the reader,do CCD adj,white levels,etc. Reseat all reader cables. Its obviously not a print engine issue...

    I bet on connectors.
    Reader connectors or on main controller.(J3003 Reader communication I / F connector) or reader sub pcb.
