Post the two samples please, for copy and printout, also note that the resolution is higher in print mode than in a copy mode.

These are the samples from my IR 7105 Canon. You reply will help to decide the part need to be change. It might not show clear but the copy sample is perfect clear and the print has black bands at the non operator side.

It seems those are shots from a phone camera which can't give enough contrast, yet I can't figure out you printed a 'Blank Document' as nothing appears on the printout.

You can use the same machine to scan the samples and they will appear far better, use the SEND function:

SEND > Destination: FILE > SMB > BROWSE, then navigate to a shared PC folder.

I would expect you to present samples from a printed text document and a copied text page. Does anything change if the printed page has text or graphic on it?

to cut the long story short try the folliwing:
    1. Primary Corona Ass'y - Replace or clean the wire, the grid and the interior
    2. Pre-Transfer Corona Ass'y - remove its top cover and empty/clean any accumulation of spilled toner
    3. Pre-conditioning lamps - clean
    4. Blade - replace
    5. OPC Drum - Visual inspection, if worn replace
