Have you examined the primary charge? Digital copiers write the black areas by lowering the primary charge in those areas. If you've lost the primary charge, it's all low charge area. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I really don't understand. Yes losing primary charge will give you a full coverage of toner on the drum. And you will not be able to distinguish any image from the full page coverage. It's just all toner.

Are you saying that it's not a solid black copy, but just a light background with an image visible? =^..^=

Sir i am little slow in ENGLISH.
If copier make copy, the copy is ok.
But if you made A4R copy drum have a full A4size toner coverage .
If clean all over toner in the cleaning unit .and make 200 copy so cleaning rod in drum unit is full of fresh toner and falling down toner in middle of transfer corona and copy.
I check all cleaning gear its ok and working well.
Please give me something to do.

    Ah, I see!

Have you examined the gears on the front of the drum cleaning unit? This model is well known for fusing the waste toner in the drum cleaning unit into a solid brick, and breaking the gears. Once you have replaced the gears, preventatively you can remove the ozone filter in the bottom of the ductwork to increase air flow. =^..^=

I am well known this modol cleaning problems.
This time is problem is copier toner average.
If a 1600gm toner empty only 1500 copy so cleaning is full of toner.
The cleaning magnetic roller and unit is not degine for this havey waste toner so it overflowing.
Main problem is avarage of toner.
