I suspect developer/doctor blade clogged.. what do you think? black is ok but the other colors have similar lines. from prints or copy's. I have cleaned the laser optics did the normal user adjustments for exposure. File0001.PDF

these models are prone to clumping in the drum unit. You can take it apart and clean it up normally
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
did you replaced color drums already?

Right, do a PG5 on all drums, if the streaks are only on color, probably a drum problem. Compare PG5 with the removed drums, lines on the roll of the drums ?

☺ or testprint 10
almost sure drum problem
I prefer 4x a PG5 over a PG10, more surface and i often see smears or white spots I wouldn't ony a PG10.
I use PG10 as quick check if there are lines over the whole length...
2x PG5 on A3 is nice to check ITB surface

pg5? I am not canon certified. Old school certified. any special tricks to disassembly or just go for it?
Internal test prints :
Press "Maintenance" button (the head with an *) press 2&8 simultaneously, press "Maintenance" again.
Press copier-> test> PG
Select "type" and enter 5 (or 10 )
Select color Y/M/C K (Black)
set one of them to "1" , the others to "0"
Press the startbutton.
Do this for eacht color.
PG5 you get a whole page in the selected color (set to 1)
Or select all colors and select Pg10, you get 1 page with all colors next to each other.
Now look at the testprint for lines in any of the colors... (or post the here )
Johan
Just replace the colordrums & autogradation 》 ready
You don't disassemble the drum units on this model, simply replace the complete dev/dev unit as one!
