now you can't see errorcode, looks like it's the DC Controller or memories, see what is happening when you pull those out ..
the DC controller is not being accessed during the boot up process, only the RAM, boot rom, HDD and main controller are used. If you have the green light and no power to the machine it is normally one of those listed items on this series machine.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
have u tried replacing main controller board.
Charm5496 is on the right track. But I would add to make sure you have all proper voltage outputs from DC power supply. The machine checks for correct voltages to all main board circuits before attempting to access boot rom so if any board is lacking power it will not boot. Also I would put back in old HDD if it was known to work prior to this. Then check boot rom and memory dimm. If you have no screen and no boot progress bar it most likely IS NOT the HDD but the boot rom or main controller. Also if the machine is missing the counter PCB it will not fire.....
===============================================
When the machine is started, the CPU on the Main Controller PCB reads the system software from the HDD
according to the instructions of the Boot ROM boot program, and writes it to the image memory (SDRAM) of
the Controller PCB.
While the CPU reads the system software from the HDD to the image memory (DRAM), the control panel
shows the start-up screen >using a progress bar to indicate the progress of the start-up sequence.
