    HI
    paper jam from left and right deck ,tray3 and 4 is woking fine
    jam code from left deck 0207 and right deck 0104.

    detalis: when paper picks immediate jam in both decks.

    Check the white plastic slider on the rear edge of the C!1 and C2 trays. Loosen the screw and slide them to the right. Tighten screw
