Thank you. My network connection is in fact set through the C1 and I can print as mentioned.
I don't know where to print a configuration page but would love to do so.
I went through the above steps in resetting my printer settings but didn't get some of the listed options. Specifically when reestablishing the connection to the Fiery (printer tab, printer setting button), I get no response/options. It just makes me wait for a long time. In fact, when I tried this last time, I got an error message that one of the print controller fans is bad. After switching the two fans, it turns out it is the fan controller on the main board. After turning on and off the image runner (not the Fiery - which was left on), the test page I sent from Windows was printed. Thus - I know my network connection is good (192.168.1.250).

The other thing that strikes me as odd when I fool around with the menus is the TCP/IP options (Additional Functions => System Settings => Network Settings => TCP/IP Settings. As you can see in the attached picture, I only have the two listed options and not a place to enter the TCP/IP address.
