    Did you attempt to swap fusers? I'm pretty sure they are not compatible. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Are they on the same electricity grid?
    How many prints have Fix assy?
    Did you try to clear error?
    Practice makes perfect
    If it ain't broke, don't fix it

    make sure to note the printer voltage when changing fix film

    can't use 230v film unit in a 120v or a 120v film unit in a 230v

    FIXING FILM UNIT iR4570/iR3570/iR3530/iR4530 =120V

    FIXING FILM UNIT iR4570/iR3570/iR3530/iR4530 = 230V

    E000 = fixing overheating

    E002 = fixing assembly low temperature

    fixing film could be caked with toner.
    check latch Main Right Side Door (releases and applies pressure to the fixing film)
