try clear error in service mode, otherwise replace film assy
Did you attempt to swap fusers? I'm pretty sure they are not compatible. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Are they on the same electricity grid?
How many prints have Fix assy?
Did you try to clear error?
Practice makes perfect
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself
you have to clear this error in servicemode after replacing the fixing film assy

make sure to note the printer voltage when changing fix film
can't use 230v film unit in a 120v or a 120v film unit in a 230v

check latch Main Right Side Door (releases and applies pressure to the fixing film)
