1-what u are trying to print two-sided its manual for 3 ring binder
2- paper size ? 8 1/2 x 11
3-application being used USB Thumb Drive with PDF files
4- driver type ? UFRII
5- finishing ( staple ) ? none
6- are u setting up thru the application ? no we are using USB Thumb Drive
7- are u doing changes in driver properties ? not sure how to Change it on 8205

Usually when it comes out small it is because job is laid out as a booklet(people lay it out as 2 sided 17 inch to make a LTR booklet thinking they are doing it correct). Then when print driver or copier is told to make booklet, it re-arranges and shrinks everything. Open the USB files and look how they are laid out. Machine is stupid...its being told to do this in the job or its is configured wrong to print.
