If you pass your finger in the dirty area and the ink is not fixed it seems the new fixing film is wrong.....

LTR,LTRR,Legal...Orientation would be helpful(actually mandatory). All trays? Looks like starwheel on LTRR or legal but you say you replaced fuser assembly. Does toner rub off still? You can't put wrong heater/film assembly...different connector. Something dragging right after transfer. Mylar at bottom of door deformed? I've seen this cause dragging line but from bypass. Need more info...

Is the dirt there if you print color ? or just when black ? Need to check to rule out drums... If only on black and LTRR, check the black drum for any damage...

[edit] my mistake, IR2230, not IRc2230, so its monochrome

    Re: Ir2230 Dirty output

What exactly did you replace? a complete NEW fuser unit assy? or a used one?

From your sample a caked up heat sink roller causes this issue. I simply remove them they run better.

Do you get problem If you make force stop also before fixing?
    Practice makes perfect
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

Sir, I replaced the whole fixing ass'y and also do the force stop before entering the fixing and while in the fixing assy to determine but the problem is not there. The machine has a finisher unit the rollers are good. I'm confuse where the problem occurred. TIA
