I don't have my manual with me but check to see if any scraps of paper are in the fuser connector. I get those fuser codes on the 72xx machines more. With a burnt power supply you may have a short somewhere.

Might want to check the halogen lamp in the lower fixing unit...they get weak on the connector sides if the modified bushings haven't been installed. They do wear out - I have had a few fall apart on me when I go to replace the lower fixing belt.

If your wall outlet is 120 you need a 120 power supply. Same for 220. Get the parts for the wall outlet voltage. When I get that code I go and look at the voltage/temp in tech mode and see if it goes up. No change usually means a bad connection for the fuser connector to the back connector. It could be a power supply but I have serviced a dozen or more of those machines for years and never had a bad power supply. Mine are 120v. It is possible to order wrong power supply as it may list two or three.

You took the power supply from a 9000.
9000's run on 208 volts, The fuser lamp is also different from the 7000, so you should not swop fusers between 7000 and 9000
