IRADV C5000 Cassette size says Custom

I have one machine that for what ever reason says on the display that the paper size for one cassette is Custom. I haven't started swapping parts yet.

Have not seen this before. I swapped cassettes and that made no difference. The problem points toward size detection but I changed the guides in various

positions and cannot get any other cassette port to show custom. I checked to make sure the paper settings on the copier were not set for Custom.

Has anyone ever seen this? The temporary solution was that I set the Custom settings on the machine for the desired paper size. That allows them to

print the size they need.

A common issue is paper behind the cassette, the guides don't properly activate the size detection switches.
