    C3480 duplex jam

We have a Canon irc3480 in the field (far away) that copies single sided documents fine, but when they do 2 sided, the copy stops right before it feeds back into the duplex assembly and says Jam. It is as though its not getting the signal to reverse. It does not have a finisher. Would like to get this done in one trip, has anyone seen this before? Would it be the reverse roller or reverse sensor? I do not have a Jam Code

There are a couple of dampers under that flapper that could stick. Make sure you put in the updated feed rollers for this model. There are now TWO. The pick and the feed.

If it doesn't make it to right door(eliminating damper issue) then the actuator assembly has popped out. Very common on these

That has not been a common occurrence for me. I can tell you that last week I was given this same symptom by the customer. Could have been humidity caused but the machine also needed updated feed rollers. Changed those and the Chinese fans disappeared.
