I have a customer whose C3480 copier is working fine, all features work etc.........however the IT company they use cannot get into the Remote User Interface. I am not very knowlegable with the RUI, but they say they can see the copier but can't get into it to change anything, they say the Web server will not respond with even the basic website header information? We have verified that the RUI is turned on under Additional Functions and also the HTTP is enabled under Meap Settings but after that I don't know what else to look for. Any help is much appreciated.
