Inspect & Reseat transfer roller and confirm correct pressure.
Check the front and rear transfer arms for proper positioning.
When positioned properly, each end of the transfer roller should "spring back" after being pressed. If the roller is not positioned correctly, check that the springs on each end are in place.

Try cleaning toner from the slit glass located on the scanner laser assembly.

Another possible cause of light or faded copies is when the developing assembly is not receiving correct cam pressure.

Unhappy Re: Canon IR 3570 Printing very light

    Thanks a lot
there was some tonner on the glass of scanner as you explained,
i have cleaned it by doing so print quality has gained little but not perfect.

but how does it gets accumulated over there, and what should be done to avoid it in future ???

please can you guide me setting transfer roller (where is its location i am confused is it the fuser unit ??)
frount and rear transfer Arms, WHERE ???

(When positioned properly, each end of the transfer roller should "spring back" after being pressed. If the roller is not positioned correctly, check that the springs on each end are in place.)

Transfer method = by transfer roller= transfers images from the drum to paper=bias voltage applied to the transfer roller causes the toner to move from the drum to
    paper.

It leaks from the hopper assembly if you take the hopper out and clean it you can stick sellotape around the join to prevent toner leak in the future.
When you think you have made a procedure idiot proof your company employs a better idiot.

You have mentioned you change the drum but not to clean the scanning area, making to try clean the mirror glass slit inside the scanner there is possible the mirror glass covered by the dust.....i have encountered before that problem...
