    Ram clears done yet? What does a Windows Test page look like? Backup the RAM in service mode,then clear it. Don't restore it yet. Test it. If no difference, restore the ram. If it fixed it, P Print, restore the RAM. If it messed up again,clear and install values from P Print

    u could try a firmware update if needed or overwrite existing if same is available .

    have u tried replacing Main Controller 2 ?
    Copying, scanned pdf and internal prints are ok. I dont have firmware for reloding or upgrading

    It will be necessary to ensure that the correct Country / Area selection in service mode is correct for the location in which the CDS is being used.
    Copier > Option > FNC-SW > Config

    What are the 3 methods for using the CDS to update Firmware and how does it work?

    Answer :

    Method 1:

    The technician is onsite, enters service mode on the copier, selects the updater and has the machine attach to the CDS where the firmware is brought to the machine and the technician may select a version to apply and manually install the firmware.



    Method 2 :

    The Dealer uses imageWARE Remote to connect to the device and schedule a time where the device will connect to the CDS to obtain Firmware. The Firmware will reside on the device until such time as a service technician visits the device and manually applies the Firmware.



    Method 3:

    The Dealer uses imageWARE Remote to connect to the device and schedule a time where the device will connect with CDS, obtain the firmware and apply it automatically without any intervention of a technician.

    **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

    Version is Congfig-NL-En.00.00 and the deal couldnt upgrade it.
