Canon 8300 How to print with damage head

If your IPF wants to change printhead or perform cleaning, and nozzle check is ok, you can still print without changing printhead using this method>

• Sent jobs in regular mode using print plugin in some directory on canon HDD
• Turn off printer
• Start printer in service mode
• Activate job using printer control panel

I already made about 100m2 canvas prints using this method. I noticed that when printhead is old more than 730 days, printer wants to change it. My printheads made excellent nozzle check without any clog on result. I also notice that jobs saved in HDD are limited I didn't count but maybe is about 100.

Interesting - definitely useful!

I'd be afraid of the PF-05 head blowing a board or something...they are still a little dicey.
