If the Reader Controller pcb does not have 24 volts at J5005 it will not be able to communicate with the Main Controller.
A bad DC Power Supply has been known to cause this problem.
Try replacing the DC Power Supply if 24 volts is not present at J4007.
Using your meter, verify that you have 24v between pins 1 & 2 on plug/jack J5005 on the reader controller pcb.
Also check for24v between pins 1 & 2 on plug/jack J4501 on the HV Transformer pcb.
If 0v were measured, try removing the connector J4501 on the HV Transformer pcb. If the 24v power is restored, replace the HV Transformer.Replacing the HV Transformer (FG6-4948-000)
also check your AC HVT (p/n FH3-0765-000)
Have u removed and checked/clean ends of memory ?????????????
