Print page 1 on it's own in full colour then seperatley print pages 2 - whatever in B&W.
should clarify that it's a booklet job, and it's all in color. The customer wants it printed in color for the 1st page and the rest black and white.
Thanks

28-page booklet with a color cover----------------------????????
**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
you could print all the top page you need in color and use the stack bypass tray to insert cover in the driver, and select mono print for the rest of the booklet
Export your cover to CMYK
Export your text as Grayscale
Then combine your PDFs in Acrobat

The customer is an end user, not a graphic designer. The job was sent to them. Modifying the job is out of the question. ..
They just want to print the job as is in color for top page and black the test, booklet.
